At The Cardigan Department, we want you to feel cozy and confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn knitwear. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Knitwear

  Carefully fold your cardigan and place it back in its original packaging along with the packing slip to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
